Our Mission Statement:
The West Virginia Association of Retired School Employees shall promote the professional, economic, intellectual, and social well-being of its members and shall encourage volunteer opportunities throughout West Virginia.

“Honor points” is a check list to measure the performance of a local unit’s annual activities. The Unit President is responsible for completing the form and sending it to the Executive Director by July 15, 2025.

The maximum number of points is 17. After receiving the form, the Executive Director is responsible for having certificates printed according to the number of points earned. At the Annual Council, certificates are presented to units by the President Elect and the Regional Directors.

The color of the certificates is determined by the following chart.
